Air France-KLM envisage une émission obligataire de 600 millions d’euros

Air France-KLM doit tenir lundi des réunions téléphoniques avec des investisseurs au sujet d’une possible émission obligataire de 600 millions d’euros, selon un document adressé aux investisseurs consulté par Reuters.

Le groupe de transport aérien a mandaté Deutsche Bank, Santander et Société générale comme coordinateurs mondiaux pour organiser les réunions et éventuellement gérer l’émission obligataire, d’après le document.

Si les conditions de marché le permettent, Air France-KLM prévoit d’émettre des obligations à trois et cinq ans et de lever 300 millions d’euros pour chaque tranche.
