La société Al Karama Holding a annoncé aujourd’hui jeudi 17 juin 2021 que la séance d’ouverture des offres financières relatives à l’Appel d’offres international pour la cession d’un bloc majoritaire représentant 58,2% du capital de la compagnie Carthage Cement, aura lieu le mardi 22 juin 2021.

Al Karama a, par ailleurs, fait savoir que quatre des cinq candidats préqualifiés sont restés en lice, à savoir :

– Consortium M. Boureima Ouedraogo (Burkina Faso) et Société Internationale d’Investissement – CIM Metal Group (Burkina Faso)

– Société MAJDA Tunisia (Tunisie)

– Société Les Ciments Artificiels Tunisiens (Tunisie)

– Consortium SECIL – Companhia Geral De Cal E Cimento (Portugal) et Société des Ciments de Gabes (Tunisie).
