Le Conseil du Marché Financier (« CMF ») a décidé en date du 10 novembre 2022 de donner son agrément à la société de gestion CAPSA CAPITAL PARTNERS et à l’UNION BANCAIRE POUR LE COMMERCE ET L’INDUSTRIE (UBCI) pour la création d’un fonds Commun de Placement à Risque bénéficiant d’une procédure allégée intitulé « FCPR SWING 3 ».

Le montant du fonds s’élève à 50 005 000 dinars, divisé en 50 000 Parts A de 1000 dinars chacune et 500 Parts B de 10 dinars chacune.

Le CMF a également accordé en date du 28 décembre 2022 son visa au prospectus d’émission du fonds susmentionné.
