STB MANAGER augmente son capital social de 2 millions de dinars

La Société de gestion de portefeuilles de valeurs mobilières, STB MANAGER, a fait savoir que l’Assemblée Générale Extraordinaire, réunie en date du 23 mars 2021, a décidé d’augmenter en numéraire le capital social de la société d’un montant de 2.000.000 dinars.

L’augmentation de capital se fera à travers l’émission de 20.000 actions nouvelle de nominal de 100 dinars chacune.

Le capital social de STB MANAGER a été porté ainsi de cinq cent mille (500.000) dinars à deux million cinq cent mille (2.500.000) dinars.
